*kids* this will be something that you two will be able to look back for years to come and see how important each day with you is/was to dad and i.
i am not much for words, can't spell very well, don't often share my feelings but ask about our kids and i will share more than you have time for!
they are my life, they are my everything and more than that, they are the reason i am here! kids are amazing! we learn from them, they learn from us... but if you stop to take the time to really get to know them - they will continue to amaze you day after day. regardless of their age, we are always learning and sharing knowledge with our kids.
as i sit in the office right now listening to kurt talk to cole it is hard to tell who is who. where did the time go? 15, almost 16!!! his words are few and far between, but i am sure his thoughts are endless. when he does take the time to let us know his thoughts, it well worth it to stop everything and listen. the little boy has become a young man and will begin school at St Thomas Academy in 1 month. we could not be more proud of him. the poise and maturity his has shown at school is undoubtedly something he has learned from his father. we are excited to see the man you will become E.
calli jean ~ not that one on the other hand, her thoughts are endless and so is her conversation! the moment she is out of bed the words start flowing and keep going until the last minute as we walk out of her room. telling stories, wanting to show us things, keeping track of important dates and her memory of things years ago are a few of her conversation pieces throughout the day! she too has grown faster than we would have liked her to! her endless thirst for knowledge has landed her in a 1st and 2nd grade multi-age classroom this year at Riverview Elementary School. with a year of kindergarden behind her, she should be ready.
